139th Foundation Anniversary of Amadeo

I didn't realized how far the Municipality of Amadeo was, not until we got an invitation to join an Trade Fair, for the celebration of the 139th Foundation Day of the said Municipality.  Yes, the place where we can get fresh Coffee Bean.  And of course, the place of Cafe Amadeo.

It was a Fair for a cause, a project of Amadeo Tourism Council with a theme of "AMADEO, bantayog ng Tagumpay at kalinangan.

Not too conscious with the travel distance because we definitely enjoyed the said event.  The feeling was like "Piestahan".
And at the exhibit area,
And exhibitors who joined were:
Ate Leonor
Delfa's, who won the Dress up Booth,
Gen Tri, who sell Fresh "Gatas ng Kalabaw"

Ate Marlyn, who make Organic Pulvoron like Kalabasa and Ampalaya

 And of course, Merneil's Pulvoron
And for our display, here we go:

And what caught our attention were these kids who enjoyed our Tsoko Mallows

Tsoko Moli's new product

Joining exhibit is one way of helping Entrepreneurs , specially beginners, to discover, develop or innovate more products.
This gives them more ideas and challenge them to add new products and discover what people or buyers want.

As new player in the world of Entrepreneurship, I always look forward on joining exhibit that our Province of Cavite, organize.

This coming month of June, Exhibit and Trade fair lined up.

With that, I am excited to add new items on our display.

Coconut Candy, made from pure coconut milk
Chocolate coated Mallows
The Full coated Mallows
These are open for resellers or retailers.
Wholesale price are available for those who wanted to earn extra income.

These are good for office or school canteen since prizes are affordable for both Kids & employees.

For those interested, feel free to get in touch.

1st Exhibit as CMA member at "Ist Dasmariñas Tourism Summit" event

Though my 1st Exhibit was like more on a dry run, the experience had help me a lot in terms of preparation for the next one.

Preparing on joining an exhibit was not easy.  Specially when you have limited resources.
I had limited materials to prepare, limited equipments to use that lessen our productivity.  But it didn't stop me on joining exhibits for me to show my Home made Chocolates.  Here's what I had prepared:

Packs of 4 (Cookies & Cream / Nutty Tsoko / Rocky Road) :
 Heart Box & Hearty Pop:
Tsoko Sticks:
The event was organized by Dasmariñas Tourism Team and luckily, CMA was invited to participate.

I finished making chocolates at 5am of May 11th, the day of the event "the 1st Dasmariñas Tourism Summit" which was held at SM Dasmariñas.  Still, me and Jay R, my brother were able to reach the venue on the agreed set up time.
Ate Amy, the one who helped us join CMA (Cavite Micro-Entrepreneur Association), assisted all of the exhibitors from entering the venue til setting up.  We set up our tables before the mall open.
It's Ate Nhitz Maranan, checking on her booth.
And here's her Food display:

We were done setting up on these photos:
About Ate Amy, she was also an exhibitor.  She carries Seaweed crackers, an organic cracker.  They sell it by Php20, php50 & php 100
And this is Mae.  We had met her from our 1st exhibit at Waltermart, Dasmariñas.  On this event, she's helping Ate Amy.
Am glad also to be with Ate Lhitz, owner of Allena & Kyle Bake shop, who had given me advices and encourage me to join the group.   Guest what?  She sell delicious Pianono, my favorite among her baked goodies :)
And here's her food display:
Men who set up the event area proper few hours before the program.
Excited and nervous at first. Specially when I saw how plenty our co-exhibitors' products display had.
Comparing to my stocks, it's just enough for a display.
So I decided to go home and make additional chocolates.  Good thing, I have extra chocolates.
And I need to be back before the main event that would start at 4pm.

As I reach back the venue at 5pm, the program started.
Few photos Jay-R had taken:
 And the crowd:
And finally, the selling part:
